Boring

   All of our boring is done on a Rottler Boring Machine. After boring the cylinders .004 undersize we then inspect the cylinders for pitting, wear marks and cracks before sending the block to the Hone Dept.

  When requested we install a BHJ Correction Plate. This allows us to position the cylinders back to the original factory location while boring.
