Clearance for Stroker Cranks
We have CNC programs for many stroke, rod and block combinations that removes material only where it is necessary. This reduces the risks of cutting into the water jackets on large stroke crankshafts.
On Blocks that are not common enough to justify a CNC program we turn the crank through with one rod and piston. We carefully clearance where necessary, constantly sonic checking the thickness of the remaining material so that we do not go too far.
