Install Cylinder Sleeves

    Sleeving blocks is becoming more and more necessary as years pass. Some blocks are almost impossible to find these days. If you have a cylinder or cylinders that have too much wear or that is cracked it is likely that they can be sleeved. We install our sleeves with a .003 interference using a sleeve retaining compound to seal it. After the sleeve is bored and honed, we then pressure check the block to make sure there are no seepages.

    We also install step sleeves, which gives the head gasket  a better place to seat.
