Repair Head Bolt Holes

    Very often, especially on large bore engines, the head bolt hole will crack into the cylinder. This is repairable without welding. We install a cylinder sleeve to remove the crack in the cylinder, then we install a special thread insert to strengthen the head bolt hole.
