Machine for Screw In Studs and
Guide Plates
Larger more aggressive camshafts will often overload the press in stock rocker arm studs pulling them out of the head or sometimes pulling them in half. The factory pushrod guides are too far away from the rocker arm for high RPM and aggressive camshafts. This will cause the pushrod to bend.
To remedy this problem we remove the original rocker arm studs, machine down the stud bosses, tap the existing holes, clearance drill the existing pushrod guide holes and then install screw in studs and guide plates.
