Vacuum Test Valve Job

    When a cylinder head comes in for an estimate one of the tests that we perform is a vacuum test on the valves. We use our Kwik-Way Vacuum Tester to pull a vacuum on each of the ports one at a time. If one or more valves leak it is then necessary to do a valve job.

    We also use our vacuum checker to test every valve job while they are still on the Serdi Seat and Guide Machine.
